We are goat breeders and cheese makers in the Commune of Savigné. In our workshop we make farm goat cheese from raw milk with a ladle moulding!

By preserving traditions, we transform fresh milk from the milking of the day in order to preserve all the qualities of the milk.

The strength of our farm is the feeding of the goats which is traditionally done with a large part of the cereals and fodder produced on the farm. We offer traditional cheeses such as Chabichou du Poitou, Mothais sur Feuille, Carré de Couhé and a whole range of fresh and aged cheeses.
