Goulibeur
Goulibeur has been perpetuating the family recipe for Broyé du Poitou for nearly 40 years, today the only pure butter pancake without yeast.
Still according to tradition, this large pure butter galette is not cut with a knife, it is divided with a single punch in the center, thus creating unequal portions that respond to everyone's desires and greediness. It can be eaten with family or friends, or even alone for breakfast, as a snack or as a dessert, as an accompaniment to cream, ice cream or fruit salad.
We invite you to come and discover and taste all of our 3 ranges of products and other regional specialties in our shop, located 500m from the Poitiers Nord tollbooth (exit n°29) at the Pôle République II, in the same place as our unique manufacturing site in France.
