Château de La Roche

This 4th century castle, whose construction extended until the 1870th century with the addition of a XNUMXth tower in XNUMX, is one of the most beautiful stately homes in the department due to the harmony of its whole. Its facade features sculptures in the Flamboyant Gothic and Renaissance styles. The castle of La Roche majestically dominates the valley of La Belle.
1530th century interior decoration. The chapel, built in 1870, underwent transformations in XNUMX to accommodate magnificent stained glass windows signed by Maréchal de Metz, painter and master glassmaker, leader of the School of Metz.

One of the 17th century outbuildings houses the Museum of the Order of Malta, unique in France.
