Bardet Riding Club - Colombiers

Less than 10 minutes from Châtellerault, in pleasant surroundings, you’ll find the friendly and welcoming Bardet Riding Club, open to beginners and more experienced riders.

-Introduction to riding for children from 4 years, in the riding school or out on rides, riders divided into groups by ability and age, well-behaved horses suitable for different types of riders.
-Beginners’ and advanced instruction on the flat, show jumping and outside, from beginner to ‘Galop 7’ level. Outside show-jumping competitions (Club, Amateur and ‘Jeunes Chevaux’ categories), Eventing and Dressage.
-Courses during les school holidays: spend a week with our horses to become familiar with them, look after them and improve as a rider, with Federation exam sessions.
-Rides out for children and adults, beginner and advanced level, from one hour to several days. Weekends by the sea organised for experienced riders.

Bardet Riding Club also offers stabling for your horse or pony, year-round or while you are staying in the area. Stabling in a 4x4m loose box with feeding trough, automatic drinking trough, hay and standard horse feed.
Daily paddock exercise, use of facilities: riding school, dressage arena (60 x 20 m), floodlit show-jumping arena (120 x 100 m), lots of exterior bridleways.
