Terracotta sculptures with Raku enamelling. These are often associated with other materials: wood, feathers, pearls, metal, gold, etc.

Each sculpture is the coming together of two elements. Solo figures, couples, groups, motionless sentinels marking time, full of meaning. Like in a dream, during the sculpture process a dialogue is forged between the known and the unknown. The process brings forth the ‘other’ and guides the sculptor’s movements.
