The Saint Mandé gîte, classified 3*, is a farmhouse of around 90m², completely renovated.
Located in the heart of the town of Avanton, a town of some 2200 inhabitants, with all local shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher-caterer) less than 200m away.
It is close to Futuroscope, Neuville de Poitou and its traditional markets, Poitiers, City of Art and History, swimming pools, equestrian center... About twenty kilometers from a leisure park with swimming, fishing, golf, about fifty kilometers from the Vallée aux Singes and the Planet Crocodiles.

The cottage offers 3 bedrooms (one with a 160 bed, one with a 140 bed, and one with 2 90 beds), for 6 people and 1 baby (equipment provided free of charge for baby: cot, high chair, stroller).
