Learn how to make stained glass
This morning includes a "glued glasses" workshop supervised by a facilitator during which you have one hour to compose the model of your choice, like a puzzle, with pieces of colored glass of different shapes. Everyone can create their own stained glass window and keep it as a souvenir.
You can complete this artistic workshop with a visit to the museum (audioguides, visit booklets for adults and playbooks for children available free of charge) to discover the different techniques for making stained glass and the history of this ancestral art.
The Curzay-sur-Vonne Stained Glass Museum is one of the few structures dedicated to stained glass in France. Located in an extension of the Saint-Martin de Curzay-sur-Vonne church, this museum will introduce you to stained glass in a different way. Here you can admire old and modern works.
