Park / garden

Jardin du Prieuré de Laverré

This garden, labeled "remarkable garden", is a paradise for lovers of living cultural heritage. 600 species grow at the foot of the centuries-old walls of the priory, whose chapel is the first stop on the visit. Behind the residence, the bridge opens onto the XNUMXth century style garden, the boxwood square in the Italian Renaissance style, the squares of plants and vegetables sometimes surrounded by chestnut or boxwood borders. A large rose garden with old roses, liana roses, rising to attack the trees, adds a certain interest.

An arboretum conceals many rare trees, streams criss-cross the gardens.
