This house is the oldest of the houses in the village, which gives it a special character with its rounded wall corners, its stones and its beams. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful living space with the living room, the fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. As well as a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
A large garden of 1000 m² decorated with fruit trees will allow you to relax, play wild ball games and enjoy the pleasures of the countryside. The Charente being less than 300 meters from the cottage, you can easily walk on its banks, relax and go fishing. Access to the water's edge is via a small, little-used path.
