Domaine de la Rôtisserie
Family wine estate of around twenty hectares of vines located on the slopes of Marigny-Brizay.
The vineyard is located south of the Loire, benefiting from an oceanic climate, it extends over the Poitevine hills which have known the vine for more than 1000 years and Marigny-Brizay thus has 9 castles dating from the XNUMXth to the XNUMXth century with the stone extracted from the cellars of the region.
The Domaine welcomes you in the magnificent cellar with its oven dug in the tuffeau (this is where the name of our estate "the rotisserie" comes from) as well as in the wine cellar.
The Domaine de la Rôtisserie offers you these different AOC Haut Poitou (white, rosé, red) as well as these local wines from the Loire Valley (dry, sweet, sparkling) made from grape varieties: Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Chenin, Gamay, Pinot noir , Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
