Upon passing through the gates of this village of the Vienne, you go back in time to the Age of Enlightenment, to the time when the powerful Count d'Argenson, minister to Louis XV, received the greatest minds of the Encyclopedia, from Voltaire to Diderot.
Your quest begins in the village center, following in the footsteps of the vivacious Zabeth. You'll walk alongside the gates of the magnificent castle before being surprised by the striking neo-Byzantine style of the local church. Between charming historic alleyways and soothing river views, this 2.5-kilometer adventure will sharpen your observation skills.
