The Studio is located near the Gîte Saint-Maixent le Petit, with which it can be rented, and has been designed for people with reduced mobility with the Tourism and Handicap label (deafness, visual impairment, and motor impairment). It is on one level (1 bed 160) with kitchenette and a large bathroom with toilet. It benefits from a private terrace with garden furniture, parking and an access ramp. A large plot of land is available to share. Note, depending on the winds, possible occasional noise pollution, resulting from the cutting of stones in the Haims quarry. Heating is produced by a central pellet boiler.
