The hamlet of Saint-Maixent le Petit was a former priory founded around 938. Between fields and forests and on the banks of the Le Salleron river, the entirely tastefully restored gîte is a privileged vacation spot. On the ground floor, a large kitchen giving access to the living room through an open bay and separate toilet. On the 1st floor: a bedroom (1 160 cm bed) with its private shower room and toilet and a second bedroom (1 160 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed) with bathroom and shower + bathtub, and private toilet.
On the second floor: two bedrooms: one bedroom (1 160 cm bed), one bedroom (3 90 cm beds), a shared bathroom and separate toilets. The Saint-Maixent le Petit studio (30 m²) is nearby and can increase the capacity to 12 people. Depending on the season, you will be surrounded by cereal crops and you will be able to admire the herds of Limousin cows in the pastures.
