Les Coteaux des Fadets – Boucle 2

The Legend of the Fadets…
In the imagination of our ancestors, the fadets or leprechauns, kinds of elves with deformed bodies, lived in caves and underground passages in the valley of the Vienne. Despite their mischievous and teasing spirit, they did the farmers a favor by looking after their sheep at night.
They were found in “Biard”, commune of Moussac, Queaux under the “Messelière” and in Persac under “la Roche du Bois Durand”.
