Du Bois de la Rose à la Tour de Marmande

Your walk starts with a slight hill to pass in front of the beautiful Moralière estate. Discover the magnificent Château de la Motte and continue on hilly roads surrounded by woods and fields. A small detour through the pretty flowered village of Mondion to go down towards Vellèches and its Marmande tower on your left. Pass the village and on your right, the beautiful estate of “La Rie”. After some undergrowth, go back down to the valley of the Vienne, with a nice view of the Château de Valençay and the Bois de la Rose.
