Quiet nature cottage in a village 1 km from Chasseneuil du Poitou, tourist resort, 3,5 km from Futuroscope and 10 km from Poitiers. Located at the entrance to the domain of Puy le Comte, LPO refuge of 2 hectares, on the way to St Jacques de Compostela (GR655).

The cottage is located in an old house of 75 m2 (partially renovated), independent and on one level. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It includes a living room (BZ slyde 140 sofa bed) opening onto a fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large bedroom (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 80).

Private terrace and picnic table in the orchard. Household products not tested on animals.
Books, magazines and board games available.
