The house designed for seven people offers all modern comforts and the possibility of modulating its capacity (1, 2 or 3 bedrooms). The ground floor bedroom allows three physically disabled people to access its bathroom, living room and kitchen. The two bedrooms upstairs each have a bathroom, shower, sink and toilet. A closed and raised ground of 4000 m2 leaves freedom to rest, to play, to have lunch on terrace with barbecue.
Old farm in the heart of the "Red lands with chestnut trees" the house has kept all its charm. A network of footpaths will make you discover this hilly area covered with woods, crops and meadows. Architecture enthusiasts will be delighted by the rural religious buildings of Poitevin Romanesque art. Several activities are available nearby: the Valley of the Monkeys, the Plant Labyrinth, the Château d'Epanvilliers.
