La Grange aux Loups
The theater La grange aux loups is an old barn converted into a live performance hall located in the medieval town of Chauvigny (86) and which hosts a multidisciplinary program throughout the year (concerts, theatre, puppet theatre, readings, storytelling , dance, poetry etc…) for all audiences.
This unique place in the region has a capacity of 50 people which gives it a very intimate character, the public finding themselves very close to the stage.
Open all year round, it is also dedicated to professional training and artist residencies. In 2006, the theater company Le loup qui zozote, in permanent residence at the grange aux loups, received the first prize for cultural innovation in all categories for the realization of this project.
