Jardin de la Brosse
Built in 1532, the Château de la Brosse is one of the strongholds of La Roche-Posay and Angles-sur-l'Anglin, located in the heart of the Gartempe Valley, in Vicq-sur-Gartempe.
The visitor will discover a garden inspired by the early XNUMXth century, combining the rigor of the vegetable garden, the structure of the hornbeam hedges with the various wild flowers and a natural ecosystem.
The organic vegetable garden, fruit garden and herbarium will become permaculture in 2017. You will discover old and different vegetables and fruits, throughout the seasons. The purebred rabbits, geese, ducks and chickens will remind you of the farmyard of yesteryear.
Its tea room and its ORGANIC shop will allow you to simply take a moment and enjoy the calm of the property while trying local products.
