The entrance to the premises testifies to its rich history: along an alley lined with huge bicentenary cedars, pavilions follow one another and give way to a group of long buildings. These imposing constructions were built in the XNUMXth century in tufa stone in the characteristic architectural style of the Loire Valley. For nearly a century, an educational institution occupied the site.
Then, under the impetus of René Monory, President of the Department, also at the initiative of the Futuroscope park, the building was transformed into a hotel and leisure complex in 1985. Today, the 135 hectares of Domaine de Roiffe are entirely dedicated to relaxation.
