1. Celebrate Halloween at Futuroscope 

Every year, the Futuroscope Park is transformed into Futuroween and takes you on a immersion in the land of monsters with various activities, a 3D film suitable for children, and a devilishly original buffet! Let yourself be carried away into this world filled with magic and a family atmosphere par excellence from 21 October to 5 November 2023. Explore the different attractions and areas of the park in a mysterious atmosphere. On the program: Kinékid with the Monstre family, and a truly scary atmosphere with living creatures present in the park!

2. Mystery at the Château de la Mothe-Chandeniers

Le Mothe-Chandeniers Castle also celebrates Halloween with activities for young and old, from 21 October to 6 November 2023. Come discover this intriguing place in Halloween colors and be amazed by admiring this majestic building in the heart of nature.

For Night of the Castles, on Friday October 27 and Saturday October 28, the Château de la Mothe-Chandeniers reveals its nighttime secrets and lets you discover the place in a whole new light...!

4. Halloween at Château de Monthoiron

Celebrate Halloween with your family at Monthoiron Castle with the “Halloween at the castle” event. October 27, 29 and 31 from 18 p.m., the castle extends the day by 30 minutes (last entry at 16:30 p.m.) to listen to bewitching tales! Funny witches and friendly ghosts await you at Château de Monthoiron… not to mention those prankster vampires!

5. Halloween at the Poitiers Tourist Office

This is an original parent-child workshop in the city center of Poitiers, the House of Tourism and Terroir ! Tuesday 31 October, make a Halloween lantern to your liking and leave with your creation! Each slot hosted by Scents & Light will last 45 minutes, at a cost of €6.

6. Ghost hunting at Château de Monts sur Guesnes

Dare to venture into Castle of Monts sur Guesnes for Halloween 2023: a huge ghost hunt will take you with your family to this place which puts the history of Poitou in the spotlight all year round! You will know everything about the life of Eleanor of Aquitaine and her son Richard the Lionheart, thanks to the different rooms filled with scenographies and fun games.

Other places offer you to celebrate Halloween in the Vienne, and transform to immerse you in this particular atmosphere: the Pinail Nature Reserve awaits you on October 30 and 31 for a special Halloween evening with stories to go back to the origin of Halloween and better understand animals that can sometimes put us off. Think about your costume for the occasion!

And why not have fun scaring yourself into the heart of park of a XNUMXth century castle ? This year for the first time, the park Victoresse Castle in Savigny-sous-Faye organizes a big Halloween party for young and old on October 31, 2023. On the program: dance of death, miraculous fishing, magic cauldron, makeup workshop, pumpkin digging, witches' tales and stories, journey through the woods, and of course the traditional costume competition!
