A refreshing family experience to recharge your batteries? "In the footsteps of Pagayou", an activity « Expériences Famille » offers you a wonderful canoe trip. Meeting on the Clain, calm river, for a fun journey upstream of Vivonne. According to your desire, you can choose between three courses of 4km, 7km and 13km. From 5 years old, the youngest are invited on board but be careful not to splash too much on mum and dad. A quizzes is also proposed to decipher the environment traversed.

This afternoon, I challenged my children and my husband: to race with an inspiring canoe descent. When my cousin told me about this lovely walk on the Clain, I couldn't resist. And I really wanted to take my little family out in this beautiful summer weather!
They were all skeptical, but never mind, I found the words to interest them. The young man who equips us with life jackets and canoes is hilarious. I think my two teenagers have made a friend…
And top start for 13 km! How pretty the landscapes are… it's so peaceful. The descent is sporty, in a natural and calm setting. There is also a fun dimension that I like, for me who works in the environment, I am served. I see the first panels to answer the quiz. But my sons are much more agile with their paddles. My husband and I do tricks on our own. I end up taking the fold and catching up with them. By the way, a little paddle to water my husband and destabilize him.
We are all having a great time, and you can't see the time passing! It was our youngest son who found all the answers to the questions, even if he did not arrive first.
The souvenir photo of the four of us soaked and laughing endlessly will have its place in our living room, as soon as the holidays are over!
