A true Poitevin institution, its artisanal workshop makes cheesecake every day. With its black rind and soft heart, this local specialty surprises and delights. In the secrecy of the lab, each cake is filled with a ladle, measured by eye and cooked according to the weather. A unique know-how! Typically Poitevin, not very sweet and light, it can be enjoyed sweet or savory, as a dessert or as an aperitif.
And because at Jahan, indulgence is not an empty word, the team also makes the Croquant de Saint-Benoit. A crunchy dough, hazelnuts and whole almonds, a perfect combination to accompany a coffee or a hot chocolate.
